The team is now focusing on preparing for the state tournament. Fremont has been state ranked as high as sixth in its division this year. Coach Wojcicki was noted as saying, “It is an honor to the players that their play has been recognized by those folks doing the rankings as a team with a lot of promise,” Wojcicki said, “but, the fact of the matter is that the rankings, or promise of this team, don’t hit the ball for them in the state tournament.
